SHIPPING POLICY

 

What locations do we ship to?

We are currently offering free shipping on $75 purchases on every order! We offer shipping within the United States only and transit time will vary from location to location. 

 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-10 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

 Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

Returns:

Damaged goods

When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you determine you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside. Please contact us immediately at lgodfrey@lggrowthmgt@gmail.com 

We will happily accept returns due to a damaged goods as a request to return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Selfishscents-net will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


Warranty Returns


Selfishscents-net will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 5 days of receipt of items.


Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping.


Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Selfishscents-net to process your warranty claim within 7 days.


Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
